Wir suchen für ein international tätiges Unternehmen im Bereich der Telekommunikation ab sofort einen Market Unit Business Controller (f/m) EMEA.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Ensure all sales rebates are correctly accrued and accounted for correctly.
• Ensure that sales rebates are used in the correct manner by the company and MU Sales & Marketing teams, and that business cases are raised and approved where necessary.
• Reconcile sales rebate accruals, analyze aging of sales accruals, and release unused accruals where appropriate.
• Evaluate customer rebate claims including validity of supporting documentation, for rebates.
• Issue credit notes in line with the validated and correct customer rebate claims.
• Review actual Average Sales Prices per product on a monthly basis, to ensure that billing and accruals are set up correctly in billing system.
• Track and follow up of marketing funds, as well as support in planning.
• Provide input for marketing invoices, and for Selling Expenses where appropriate.
• Provide necessary documentation where applicable, to internal and external auditors, for sales rebate accruals.
• Prepare Topline estimate and financial simulation, as well as related analysis.
• Prepare MU performance reviews for MU Business Control & Planning Head.
• Prepare the budget by setting up and reviewing documents, consolidating and analyzing data.
• Analyze short-term incentive plan of MU sales teams.
• Develop and enhance MU business control processes, guidelines and systems for EMEA.

Job requirements:

• min. 2-3 years working experience in finance
• Preferably track record as business or financial controller
• Academic qualification in finance
• Experience with SAP
• Has previously worked in a multi-national/global environment
• Candidate should be service minded, thorough & have ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Native language German or English/ any other European mother tongue
• Fluent English – written and spoken
